We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected bulk or reseller activity. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account and payment details. All invoices will include applicable GST. As we operate on a B2C model, customers are not eligible for Input Tax Credit (ITC). See our Refund Policy for order modifications, cancellations, and refunds.

7. Payments

Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways such as Instamojo. We are not responsible for delays, failures, or double charges caused by the gateway. Such disputes must be taken up with the gateway provider. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

8. Shipping and Customs

Shipping timelines, charges, and guidelines are governed by our Shipping Policy. For international orders, all customs duties, taxes, and clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, courier disruptions, or government restrictions.

9. Return-to-Origin (RTO) & Failed Deliveries

If an order is returned due to incorrect address, wrong contact details, refusal to accept, or repeated non-delivery, reshipment will only be arranged after payment of two-way shipping charges. For orders with “free shipping,” actual shipping costs will apply.

10. Marketing & Communications Consent

By providing your email, phone number, or subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receive transactional, promotional, and marketing communications (including email, SMS, or WhatsApp). You may opt-out anytime as per our Privacy Policy.

18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

19. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for failure to deliver or delays due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, courier disruptions, or government restrictions.

20. Entire Agreement
