Shipping Policy
At Yarnlay, we aim to ensure timely and secure delivery of all
orders,
both within India and worldwide. All confirmed orders enter our fulfillment queue and
are processed from 8:00 AM on the next working day after order
placement.
Dispatch normally takes place within the following working day.
Please note that orders placed on Sundays, national holidays,
or during peak sale periods may experience slight delays.
Shipping Within India
Delivery Timeframe
Estimated delivery is typically 2–14 business days, depending on
your location
and proximity to our fulfillment center.
Delivery timelines are estimates only. Actual times may vary due to courier availability,
regional disruptions, weather, strikes, or other unforeseen delays.
Free Shipping
We offer Free Shipping on select products for orders above
₹729 (India only). Orders below ₹729 will be charged a nominal shipping
fee,
visible at checkout.
Dispute Timeline
Any delivery-related concerns must be reported within 7 days from
the confirmed
delivery date (as per tracking). Claims raised beyond this period cannot be investigated.
Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package,
contact us within 3 days of the delivery update.
Beyond this period, Yarnlay cannot raise investigations with the courier.
International Shipping
Delivery Timeline
International deliveries typically take 2–4 weeks, depending on
destination,
courier availability, and customs clearance times. Delays caused by customs are beyond
our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Rates typically start at 1 kg and increase by the kilogram.
For best value, we recommend consolidating your order to optimize shipping weight.
Country Availability
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If your country isn’t listed at checkout,

to accommodate you.
Customs & Import Duties
Customs and import duties vary by country. If your shipment is held at customs,
you are responsible for communicating with local authorities and paying any applicable
duties, taxes, or charges.
Important Delivery Guidelines
Damaged Package
Do not accept a visibly damaged parcel. If you choose to accept it,
please mention the damage clearly on the delivery slip before signing.
Unboxing Video Requirement
Customers are required to record a clear unboxing video from the
moment
the package is received until it is fully opened and contents are checked.
This is mandatory for raising claims related to:
- • Damaged items
- • Missing products
- • Tampered shipments
Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for investigation
or compensation.
Additional Terms for Customer Safety & Legal Protection
1. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Yarnlay is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses
provided
by the customer. Re-shipping due to such errors will incur additional charges, payable
by the customer.
2. Return-to-Origin (RTO)
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address,
or non-collection by the customer, re-shipping charges will apply.
3. Partial Deliveries
In cases where an order with multiple items is delivered in parts,
it will not be considered as a failed delivery.
4. Force Majeure
Yarnlay will not be held liable for delays or non-delivery due to events beyond
our
reasonable control — including natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, transportation
issues,
or customs delays.
